1)SHUTTLE/BANDMINTON COURT
The College has an outdoor shuttle badminton court. We provide space for students to play shuttle badminton. It is a popular sport played by people of all ages. This game helps the students to get fresh physically and mentally. The game Badminton provides a good level of knowledge about sports and games and it makes sports interest among staff and students.
A badminton court is a rectangular playing area measuring 13.4 meters in length and 6.1 meters in width for doubles, and 5.18 meters in width for singles. It features a central net standing 1.55 meters high at the edges, dividing the court into two halves. The surface is typically Cement tiled for smooth movement and is installed in front of the college campus. The court is marked with lines that define boundaries for singles and doubles play, as well as service areas, including the short service line, long service line, and center line.
2)VOLLEY BALL COURT
The College has an outdoor Volleyball court. The students are getting good awareness, team spirit and physical fitness by playing the game volleyball. Volleyball is a very popular game in the suburban and rural part of Kerala. It is a very interesting game of two teams comprising of 7 players in each team.
As a means to improve general wellbeing, outdoor volleyball courts provide a chance to take advantage of the sunshine and fresh air. On college campus, volleyball courts are vital gathering places for students for socializing and recreational activities. The presence of volleyball courts on campus supports a lively and active student body and fosters both individual and group wellbeing. They provide a balance between specific training and recreation, making them an essential element of the college experience.
Students also practice Cricket in the college campus. All Cricket kits are available in the college for the students.
