The Department came into existence with the launching of B.Com degree course in 2014. Ever since its inception, the Department has maintained an exalted academic profile which is clearly reflected in the outstanding academic performance of the students. The department had been expanded by adding a new UG course in  2017.

1. B.COM COMMERCE WITH COMPUTER APPLICATION

Students opting to undergo a course in B.Com (Computer Applications) learn not only the subjects of Commerce, but are also taught to use the software technology for their professional requirements.

The course bridging commerce and computer applications helps them to become smart and employable. Training in Computer Applications in the field of commerce is an extra mileage in placements. It has an innovative modern curriculum. After the completion of the course, one can join any of the following programmes namely:

MBA, MCA, M.Com, M.Com, (CA), ACS, CA, MIB, MSW.

     2.B.COM COMMERCE AND TAX PROCEDURE AND PRACTICE

2. Students opting to undergo a course in B.Com (Tax procedure and practice) learn not only the subjects of Commerce, but are also taught to use the software technology for their professional requirements.

   The course bridging commerce  and taxation procedures helps them to become smart and employable. Training in taxation in the field of commerce is an extra mileage in placements. It has an innovative modern curriculum. After the completion of the course, one can join any of the following programmes namely:

   MBA, MCA, M.Com, M.Com, (CA), ACS, CA, MIB, MSW.
